About Capacity Expert Role This position is part of a global organization that operates in the delivery sector. Our goal is to help people have better eating and living experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement capacity planning frameworks that optimize scheduling and provide actionable insights to supply chain partners. Design and enhance mechanisms to address and mitigate demand-supply imbalances, ensuring operational stability and service reliability. Monitor real-time performance metrics (capacity utilization, SLA compliance, and attendance rates), identifying potential risks and driving proactive adjustments. Use data analysis to refine capacity planning algorithms, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance overall delivery efficiency. What We Are Looking For: A highly analytical individual with experience in developing and implementing complex capacity planning frameworks. An expert in data analysis and problem-solving, with strong skills in algorithm development and optimization techniques.
