DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Map opportunities of sellers migrations between logistics strategy and align/coordinate with other teams to execute the plan
- Project timelines and negotiate seller activation within the 3PLs
- Process automation development, perform complex data analysis to optimize productivity and network allocation
- Identify similarities between sellers for a better conversion for each logistics strategy
- Working together with the Demand Forecast teams to ensure entry of these sellers into the logistics network and proper forecast projection
- Coordinate resolution of daily operational issues with key areas as Business Development, Seller Ops, Operations and 3PL Management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Advanced Excel (Macro included)
- SQL
- Advanced English
