Job summary
The Amazon Prime Video team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. Our mission is to offer customers the widest selection of digital video content including Amazon original content and make it trivially easy for them to enjoy it wherever and whenever they want.
Supporting Prime Video for Brazil, you will help us improve our catalog and ensure the proper level of localization. Your responsibilities will include testing the experience on different user perspectives, create testing results reports, organizing testing data and issues to be corrected, align with local and international teams on the issues that should be solved, track solutions and identify process improvement opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
- Test and ensure quality and localization of PV catalog experience;
- Identify issues and proactively reports operational challenges;
- Work with key internal stake holders to improve catalog quality;
- Self manage KPIs and reporting
- Contribute to root cause analysis in escalation management;
- Create standard defined reports, i.e., weekly reports;
- Identify process improvement opportunities (enhancements and pain points) at process/ function level;
- Measure issues found and trigger the defects patterns for systemic fix;
- Work alongside international technical teams to address solutions for the issues found.
A day in the life
Working in a dynamic environment, your responsibilities will include testing Prime Video catalogue experience on different user perspectives, create testing results reports, control and request for localized assets, organizing testing data and issues to be corrected, align with local and international teams on the issues that should be solved, track solutions and identify process improvement opportunities.
