Cloud Expert - Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Cloud expert to lead our Oracle Cloud support projects based in Brazil. This role involves leveraging your knowledge of cloud implementations and support to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with configuring Oracle Cloud, including AP, PO, AR, GL, TAX, CM, FA, and Collection Modules. Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration with end-users, and experience working independently are essential for this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Oracle Cloud Financial Modules
  • Issue resolution and fix
  • Collaborating with users to understand issues
  • Working with Oracle and Global Support teams for smooth issue resolution
  • Period close activities
