Overview Infobip is a global cloud communications company that leverages technology to shape the future of global communications. Our Associate Solutions Engineer is an entry-level role in the Solutions Engineering team. This role functions as a mediator between Infobip and customer deployers/development technical teams, providing accurate technical solutions and expertise. The engineer participates in activities for customer product proposals, deployments, connectivity and integrations, and improvement of current implementations, solution design and delivery. In order to deliver the desired business results, Solution Engineers collaborate with regional teams and may act as a project manager or assist more experienced project leads. Responsibilities Have a strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip’s products and solutions. Understand the customers’ businesses, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business. Integrate Infobip products into clients’ systems (custom-scripted API, SFTP, and other solutions over CPaaS, SaaS services). Identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products and solutions. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the business and the latest industry trends and competition. Build solid relationships with sales and technical teams to be seen as an asset. Conduct demos, proofs of concept, and solution integration enablement sessions for customers and document with meeting minutes summaries. Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction during implementation. Collect technical requirements and design technical solutions and service integration plans. Deliver detailed and accurate technical documentation. Handle technical and security questionnaires. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Qualifications Some experience in pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations, or similar roles (Nice to have). Experience in a technical role in the telecom industry (Nice to Have). Proficient in written and spoken English. Engineering background and passion for IT and technology. Proactive and creative approach to client needs. Ability to present products and ideas confidently and persuasively. Fluent communication with clients, partners, and colleagues. Experience in project management (Nice to have).
