**Cargo: Chief Marketing Officer**
**Description**:
- You will answer directly to the Founder/CEO and will be responsible for all marketing of the app token marketplace and management of small and junior team.
- Define the marketing strategy (in consulting lingo 'crack the case')
- Hire and manage a team of 3-10 people (copywriters, community managers, etc.)
- Meet many of the requirements below for performance marketing, growth
marketing, community management, copywriting themselves (i.e. they know what
they are managing the people under them to do)
**Requirments**:
- Have multi-year experience leading marketing for a B2C internet product.
- Have a disciplined and quantitative focus on marketing ROI.
- Look beyond immediate performance, to create a brand with long-lasting value.
- Speak fluent English. (You will talk with investors and multicultural team)
- Are interested in digital assets and marketplaces in general.
- Believe you have what it takes to develop the app´s client into a global leader with tens of millions of collectors and creators.
- International experience
- Have commitment / drive / proactivity / results orientation demonstrated in their
CV- such as via specific achievements sufficiently long tenure in companies - in
interviews, so that they pull us and teach us instead of us having to push them
and teach them.
- Previous experience should be in businesses that meet most of the following
criteria:
- International
- B2C rather than B2B
- Digital rather than offline (and within digital, preferably apps over web)
- Involve network effects (e.g. marketplaces, social media)
- Successful rather than failures.

- Experience at other early-stage startups.
- Experience working with NFT or other blockchain products.
