Lead Geoscientist

Lead Geoscientist – Baker Hughes Responsibilities Work with and within cross-functional and cross-discipline teams. Apply system engineering methodologies such as requirements definition, system architecture, integration, analyses, configuration management, and risk management in the design phase of products. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the relevant discipline and mentor or coach others with both business and technical expertise. Engage with customers during product definition and requirements gathering for bids and proposals. Lead teams to deliver technically and commercially sound products or services, guiding projects from inception to delivery by setting and meeting project goals and objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology). Experience in wireline operations, tools and data acquisition, and log interpretations. Experience in tool processing and with borehole imaging tools. Proficiency in the English language.
