Our teams are empowered by innovative tools, strong processes, and a culture of ownership and collaboration.We are growing and looking for a **Recruiter** to join our team.**Responsibilities**:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management- Handle **mass / high-volume hiring** across multiple roles and projects (mainly Customer Support positions)- Partner with external recruitment vendors and agencies when required- Create, update, and manage job descriptions and job postings- Support hiring managers in interview coordination, decision-making, and offer negotiations- Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and internal guidelines- Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and analytics- Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities when needed**Requirements**:- 1+ year of experience as a Recruiter- Mandatory experience with mass or high-volume hiring- Strong English proficiency (B2 or higher)- Experience working with ATS/HR systems; MS Office proficiency- Experience in international hiring is a strong advantage- Ability to work with data and recruitment metrics- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills- Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset**We Offer**:- Fixed compensation plus bonuses tied to successful hires- Medical and life insurance after the trial period- English classes with a native speaker- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 (Kyiv time) or 9:00-18:00 CET- Corporate training, professional development, and team events
