About The Role Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, including Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success. Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and define tailored recruitment strategies. Design and execute sourcing campaigns that attract top talent across disciplines, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping. Build and maintain strong pipelines of both technical and non-technical candidates, engaging passive talent through strategic outreach. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience with timely communication and a seamless recruitment journey. Use data and analytics to monitor recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements. Contribute to strategic initiatives such as inclusive hiring practices, recruiter enablement, and operational excellence in talent acquisition. About You Must have proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with exposure to both technical and non-technical roles. Mandatory experience recruiting in fintech companies, with a strong understanding of the industry’s talent landscape and hiring challenges. Fluent in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong sourcing capabilities, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proactive engagement of passive candidates. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities across different business units and functions. Skilled in advising stakeholders on recruitment strategies, market insights, and candidate experience best practices. Experience mentoring junior recruiters and contributing to team development and knowledge sharing. O que iremos te oferecer?
