Software Project Coordinator

As a key contributor to our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of embedded software projects. This involves working closely with the Program Manager to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and control all project components. This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster effective collaboration with stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing project backlogs, preparing project status reports, and conducting regular meetings with sponsors based in Brazil, China, and USA. The ideal candidate will possess advanced English language skills, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Agile and waterfall methodologies is desired, as well as experience in software security processes. Team leadership, project management, and MS Office skills are also essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge of SCRUM/Agile methodologies and software development processes. A passion for innovation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies are also highly valued. With your expertise and dedication, you will help drive business growth and success by delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
