Overview

Sales Development Representative at The WFS Group. This role focuses on outbound and inbound sales activity to generate qualified appointments and build revenue pipelines for closer roles within a high-ticket environment.

Base pay range

$4.00/hr - $5.00/hr

Job Description

In our world, high ticket means a price point of about $10k or above. WFS Group seeks talented sales professionals to generate appointments and revenue through outbound dialing (cold and warm) and inbound screening. The SDR will call leads that have opted in to our marketing campaigns, qualify interest, and set qualified sales appointments for closers. The role emphasizes fast-paced, high-output activity with a focus on creating a strong pipeline and revenue growth for WFS Group.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitches.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers.
  • Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but didn’t commit to move forward.
  • Continuously increase product knowledge by engaging with sales training content.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs to discuss initiatives, review call performance, and plan the pipeline.
  • Engage in discovery dialogue to identify challenges and buying motivation for WFS offers.
  • Build relationships with leads using a consultative approach to understand goals and needs.
  • Utilize WFS sales materials to ensure leads review content prior to calls with closers.
  • Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets.
  • Adhere to CRM practices to track leads, follow-ups, and forecast accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Demonstrate WFS core values to contribute to a high-performance culture.
Requirements
  • 6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter in a high-ticket or consultative sales process.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (US Time Zones)
Compensation & benefits
  • Base pay: $4-$5 per hour
