**Here's what this role is all about**:
We are seeking a skilled Intelligent Automation Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Intelligent Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for integrating artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), robotic process automation (RPA) and Chatbot to create efficient and intelligent workflows.
**Some of the recurrent activities related to this job are**:
- Working with project teams and SMEs to guide the analysis of existing business processes and assessing feasibility and complexity of automation solutions.
- Ability to analyze processes and identify the most fit-for-purpose technology solutions.
- Driving the technical, design, delivery and operations of robotic and intelligent automation solutions such as RPA, Chatbots, Cognitive Automation, machine learning, OCR, NLP, and data analytics to create seamless solutions.
- Lead Discovery workshops and process assessments, documenting comprehensive solutions encompassing Chatbot, RPA, BPM, and AI implementations.
- Identify and articulate the technical infrastructure needs for Intelligent Automation.
- Experience in managing automation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Planning, estimating and managing delivery work with an Agile approach.
- Create and Review documentation and contribute to all automation phases and continuously improve development standards and best practices.
- Effectively communicating project status to all stakeholders, actively addressing issues and challenges, proactively identifying project risks, gaps, and issues, and offering recommendations for resolution to guarantee project success.
- Assist in maintaining current processes and execute modifications as per change control procedures.
- Providing assistance to operational teams throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the rollout stages.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and implement automation solutions.
**A good match would have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Background in automation technologies such as Chatbots, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Cognitive Automation (Generative AI).
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in automation, such as: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript and SQL.
- Experience with some of the most popular automation tools and platforms, including: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, WorkFusion, Selenium, etc.
- Ability to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and technologies, including: APIs, Web services and Middleware platforms.
- Proficiency in version control systems for managing automation scripts and configurations such as Github.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
