We are on the hunt for a seasoned engineer to lead our backend development efforts. This is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in building high-traffic applications. About the Role This position will involve working on the entire development lifecycle, from design to deployment. You will be responsible for developing scalable and reusable code that adheres to best practices. This includes creating secure, efficient, and high-quality code that meets the needs of our customers. Write clean, well-documented code that follows industry standards. Develop solutions that promote efficient development and minimize technical debt. Identify areas for improvement in the codebase and take ownership of small-to-medium-sized systems. Collaborate with team members to prioritize features and align work with customer value. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience building production web applications in an agile environment. Experience migrating domains from monolithic to microservices architectures. Strong understanding of system design principles and software development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Team player mentality with a focus on collaboration and communication. What We Offer A competitive salary package.
