**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:**Atlassian Administration (Jira & Confluence)**- Administer and support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.- Configure workflows, automation, permissions, and integrations.- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, access, and licenses.- Liaise with vendors for upgrades, troubleshooting, and new features.- Provide training, documentation, and support for users and stakeholders.**Microsoft 365 & Azure**- Manage Microsoft 365 tenant (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra).- Administer Azure and support secure access with Conditional Access and MFA.- Oversee identities, mailboxes, policies, and security controls.- Automate admin tasks via PowerShell and Power Automate.**Corporate Applications & Support**- Administer and integrate SaaS tools (HR, finance, collaboration).- Monitor uptime, performance, and user issues.- Handle escalated support tickets and maintain internal documentation.**Requirements**:- Proven hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra) Atlassian Jira and Confluence administration- Strong communication and stakeholder management- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues- Self-driven and able to manage competing priorities in a high-growth environment- The above duties provide a generic description of the Employee’s day to day responsibilities but should in no way be deemed to be an exhaustive list.
