SALES COUNTRY MANAGER( BRAZIL )Reporting to the Regional Director, the Sales Country Manager will be responsible for :
- P&L responsibility for the country- Business development and market expansion- Overseeing regulatory compliance- Leading local sales, technical and support teams- Managing distributor relationships or direct B2B accountsProfile :
We are looking someone with :
- +10 years in chemical or speciality materials industry- Strong commercial acumen and leadership- Experience with speciality application ( e.G., biocides, coatings, home/personal care, adhesives, leather,etc..)- Fluent in local language + English. Spanish appreciate- Proven track record of scaling operations or tuning around a business unitWe offer :
