Role OverviewOur client, a leading name in the FX and derivatives industry, is expanding across LATAM. They seek a highly-respected Country Manager with extensive experience in FX, commodities, and CFD brokerage to lead their operations locally. The role involves working closely with global leadership to drive business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Manage all country-level operations including sales, marketing, compliance, and customer support.
- Oversee P&L management to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
- Build relationships with regulators, liquidity providers, and institutional clients.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and licensing.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead local teams to meet performance and service standards.
- Align country operations with global corporate objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events to boost brand visibility.
- Minimum of 10 years in FX, commodities, and CFD brokerage, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
- Proven success in managing country/regional operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Deep understanding of FX, commodities, CFD products, and trading platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and licensing processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Established relationships with regulators, liquidity providers, and clients are advantageous.
- Bachelor's in finance, economics, or related; MBA preferred.
