Role Overview:
As Country Manager for Brazil, you will lead Bolster's operations and expansion in Latin America. You will oversee business development, compliance, and local operations, ensuring strategic growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Bolster's presence in Brazil, reporting to global headquarters.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Develop business opportunities in consulting, trade finance, and corporate structuring.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee local staff, budgets, and operational performance.
• Represent Bolster in external events, associations, and media.
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years of management experience in consulting, finance, or corporate services.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian market, tax, and regulatory environment.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish a strong plus.
• Proven leadership, business development, and operational management skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and manage multinational teams.
