Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Oracle Cloud support project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with end-users and resolving issues in a timely manner.

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the configuration of Oracle Cloud modules (AP, PO, AR, GL, TAX, CM, FA, Collection Modules) and ensure seamless issue resolution through collaboration with global support teams located in India.

Additional responsibilities include period close activities, issue resolution and fix, and meeting with users to understand the issue.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Broad experience in cloud implementations and support
  • Experience in leading Oracle cloud support projects
  • Good understanding of global support models
  • Collaboration skills and problem-solving ability
  • Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud
