Vaga: Engenheiro(a) DevOps Sênior (Remoto)

Estamos buscando um(a) DevOps Sênior com quilometragem em produção, capaz de desenhar, provisionar e operar plataformas de microsserviços em cloud (principalmente Azure), com Docker / Kubernetes, automação / IaC e práticas de confiabilidade, segurança e compliance. Você atuará lado a lado com a nossa squad Java (Spring) + React, garantindo entrega contínua, observabilidade e resiliência ponta a ponta.

O Desafio
  • Evoluir nossa plataforma de entrega (CI / CD) para serviços Java / React orientados a microsserviços.
  • Aumentar segurança e conformidade (LGPD, boas práticas internas e auditorias; experiência com PCI DSS é um plus).
  • Escalar infraestrutura com Kubernetes e Azure mantendo custo sob controle, alta disponibilidade e recuperação de desastres.
  • Fortalecer telemetria / observabilidade e gestão de incidentes com SRE.
Responsabilidades
  • Desenhar e manter pipelines CI / CD para backend Java (Spring) e frontend React (ex.: Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).
  • Provisionar e gerenciar IaC com Terraform na Azure (AKS, ACR, App Gateway / WAF, Key Vault, Monitor, etc.).
  • Administrar Kubernetes (AKS): namespaces, RBAC, Ingress, HPA, autoscaling, deploy strategies, NetworkPolicies.
  • Implementar observabilidade end-to-end (DataDog, Grafana, Azure Monitor).
  • Administrar rede e perímetro: firewall, VPN, private endpoints, segmentação.
  • Garantir boas práticas de compliance e evidências para auditorias internas.
  • Definir e testar backup / restore, gestão de incidentes e postmortems.
  • Participar ativamente dos ritos do Scrum (planning, daily, review, retrospective).
Requisitos obrigatórios
  • Experiência sênior (5–8+ anos) em DevOps / SRE
  • Azure (AKS, ACR, VNet, App Gateway / WAF, Key Vault, Monitor, etc.).
  • Kubernetes (admin): RBAC, Ingress, HPA, NetworkPolicies.
  • Docker: otimização de imagens, multi-stage, scanning.
  • IaC: Terraform para Azure.
  • CI / CD: Azure DevOps Pipelines e / ou GitHub Actions e SonarQube
  • Segurança / Privacidade e Redes: VPN, WAF, Key Vault, TLS.
  • Experiência com DataDog
  • Mensageria (Kafka, RabbitMQ) e APIs.
  • FinOps e otimização de custos em Azure.
  • Metodologias ágeis e participação ativa em Scrum.
Competências comportamentais
  • Visão de produto e foco em impacto.
  • Proatividade, organização, comunicação clara e capacidade de ensinar / mentorar o time.
