Position description | Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of the Professional Services category strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
  • Lead strategic sourcing processes, participate in global and local initiatives, and achieve savings, efficiency, and innovation targets;
  • Manage contract negotiations, supplier relationships, and continuous improvement programs;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations, build partnerships, and promote value creation;
  • Utilize market insights, data analytics, and internal knowledge to craft effective sourcing strategies;
  • Implement and monitor the outcomes of strategic initiatives;
  • Encourage innovation and sustainability initiatives within the team;
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Candidate profile | Education and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or relevant fields (MBA is a plus);
  • Proven experience in Strategic Procurement, including complex negotiations and category management;
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills across all levels;
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of commercial contract law;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Experience with methodologies like TCO, spend analysis, and cost drivers.
