LES Group is a leading manufacturer of building materials with global operations.
We are expanding our team and welcome professionals to join us in this exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business relationships with EPCs, developers, and distribution partners to expand sales coverage.
- Design and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the entire selling process from forecasting and pitching to product delivery and payment collection.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences.
- Report to the sales management team and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in selling PV products or working in an EPC firm specializing in the PV industry.
- Strong knowledge of the solar power industry and solar modules, inverters, and batteries.
- Knowledge of photovoltaic complete solution related products is preferred.
- Proficiency in local language and English/Mandarin, with additional spoken languages being a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
