The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead sales operations in Brazil and Latin America for enterprise software solutions focused on DevOps and data management technologies.
Territory: Primary focus on Brazil (São Paulo), with expansion opportunities across Latin America including Mexico and other key markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop a team of enterprise sales professionals
- Establish clear strategy and goals while empowering team members to execute effectively
- Foster collaborative relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Coach and mentor team members to maximize performance and career growth
Revenue Generation & Market Expansion
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles with substantial deal sizes
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies combining direct sales and channel partnerships
- Build relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
- Manage sophisticated sales processes in the enterprise software market
Partnership & Channel Management
- Work with partner management teams to optimize channel performance
- Develop strategic relationships within the regional ecosystem
- Support partnership initiatives across Latin American markets

- Gerenciar ciclos complexos de vendas empresariais com negócios substanciais
- Desenvolver e executar estratégias go-to-market combinando vendas diretas e parcerias de canal
- Construir relacionamentos com executivos C-level e tomadores de decisão técnicos
- Gerenciar processos sofisticados de vendas no mercado de software empresarial
Gestão de Parcerias e Canais
- Trabalhar com equipes de gestão de parceiros para otimizar performance de canal
- Desenvolver relacionamentos estratégicos dentro do ecossistema regional
- Apoiar iniciativas de parceria em mercados da América Latina
Experience & Background
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience in Latin American markets
- 7+ years in sales management/leadership roles with proven track record
- Demonstrated success consistently exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling complex technical solutions to enterprise customers
- Proven ability to manage both direct sales and partner relationships
Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of DevOps, data management, and enterprise software solutions
- Experience selling SaaS/enterprise software to IT and business decision-makers
- Familiarity with enterprise compliance and security requirements
- Knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies and CRM platforms
Essential Skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish, plus English required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
- Analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Collaborative leadership style focused on team empowerment
Experiência e Background

- Compreensão de DevOps, gerenciamento de dados e soluções de software empresarial
- Experiência vendendo SaaS/software empresarial para tomadores de decisão de TI e negócios
- Familiaridade com requisitos de compliance e segurança empresarial
- Conhecimento de metodologias de vendas B2B e plataformas de CRM
