**Job Overview** As an After-Sales Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' equipment. Key Responsibilities: Collect and report fault information, including historical data and recordings. Conduct inspections and verify goods receipts with clients. Analyze replacement spare part requirements and provide feedback to supervisors. Provide maintenance support for key client projects. Implement R&D team requirements and estimate completion times. Forecast on-site spare parts demand for regional supervisors. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: A degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or related field. Previous experience in PV, BESS industry, electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operations, and related fields. The ability to travel frequently and work under pressure. Dedication to problem-solving and a good understanding of Power Electronics and MV electrical equipment.
