Responsibilities As Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with guidelines, distributing financial information and guaranteeing understanding of all users to generate efficiency in controlling, accuracy, realistic planning and commitment with budget owners. General Ensure full compliance with the Group Controlling guideline. Promote efficiency in Controlling to minimize time spent for report generation and increase time for analysis, commenting and insights. Support the establishment of a true bottom‑up planning process. Contribute to a high forecasting accuracy of business plans, revised estimates and long‑term forecasts. Build a solid relationship with budget holders based on mutual respect and trust. Support budget reallocations, acting as a facilitator to achieve objectives. Month End Closing Perform variance analysis of Plan vs. Actual. Ensure master data quality and verify consistency of the internal order hierarchies. Present the monthly results to the company board. Report and Analysis Prepare reports on aggregated or detailed level, comparing profitability YTD, comparing PY vs CY vs RE vs Year to Go. Prepare and distribute BI and Local reports to users. Prepare Trade Sales report. Planning & Forecast Assist in coordination of the Business Plan/Revised Estimate data collection and BI input. Support, train, and challenge budget owners during the planning process. Manage financial structure to guarantee compliance with guidelines. Business Partner Act as a contact and sparring partner for Key Account Managers. Work closely with various contacts, maintaining service mentality while challenging them. Know contract terms with customers (fixed vs variable contract components). Support Sales Managers with value chain and scenario simulations. Provide training and serve as reference for all BI users. Key Knowledge and Expertise Graduation in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting. Experience in finance (Planning or Controlling). Knowledge of integrating systems (ERPs, Planning System, Business intelligence). Excellent/Advanced Office Package Excel (mandatory), Word and PowerPoint. Fluent English. Spanish (not mandatory but a plus). Good understanding of financial impact. Highly analytical and skilled in profitability analysis. Ability to quickly identify and analyze risks & impacts and define alternatives. Good communication and presentation skills. A structured and well‑organized individual. Self‑motivated, self‑directed, able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced team environment.
