IT Network Support Specialist

Network Operations Analyst As the primary liaison between clients and managed service providers, this role is critical to ensuring timely updates, incident tracking, and clear communication with internal stakeholders. This professional will monitor network events and incidents, escalating as needed. They will coordinate with the managed service provider for updates and resolution progress. Incident status, impact, and resolution details will be communicated to the team. Monitor and escalate network events and incidents as necessary. Coordinate with the managed service provider to ensure timely updates and resolution of incidents. Communicate incident status, impact, and resolution details to the team. Track, document, and report network incidents in accordance with established SLAs and procedures. Support escalation and root cause analysis processes when required. Key qualifications for this role include experience in Network Operations, NOC, or related technical support roles. A basic understanding of network infrastructure is essential, as is familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems. Strong English communication skills and excellent organizational and coordination abilities are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in retail network environments and exposure to network monitoring tools. Basic certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA are a plus.
