Cell Therapy Operations Manager

This is a highly specialized role within our organization that oversees the operational aspects of cell therapy programs.

The primary focus will be on managing the performance and onboarding of Apheresis and Treatment Centres for CAR-T therapies.

A key responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Clinical and Commercial CAR-T teams, as well as external partners such as Apheresis and Cell Lab staff.

Additionally, this role will require coordinating site assessments, providing quality systems support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful site launches.

Experience in regulated environments, HTA understanding, and expertise in Apheresis, Cellular Therapy or Stem Cell Transplant programs are essential skills for this position.

Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills are also necessary to excel in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operational management, preferably in a healthcare or life sciences setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful site launches and ongoing operations.
  • Coordinate site assessments, train center staff, and attend audits as required to ensure compliance and high-quality results.
  • Provide quality systems support by participating in deviation activities and impact/investigation assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor vendor performance and capacity, and manage process changes to assigned sites.
  • Collect VOC and VOB feedback for continuous operations improvement and enter data into electronic data management systems.
