Estamos com uma oportunidade para atuar como Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer em um de nossos clientes, do setor de serviços de tecnologia e consultoria, uma das maiores do mundo localizada na região de São Paulo - SP. Principais atividades: Garantir metodologias padrão para a pilha de tecnologia, automação, design escalável e padrões programáticos. Proponha ideias para formas inovadoras de melhorar as plataformas tecnológicas atribuídas. Seja um colaborador inspirador para nossa comunidade de engenharia. Desenvolvimento e engenharia de software. Interagir com parceiros de negócios para implementar e automatizar jornadas de marketing, incluindo o desenvolvimento de modelos. Requisitos: Proficiência em inglês, com excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal. Experiência em desenvolvimento com Salesforce Marketing Cloud. É necessário ter experiência em trabalho com equipes de desenvolvimento de software ágil. Deve possuir boas habilidades de planejamento, organização e tomada de decisões. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita. É necessário ser orientado para resultados, ter facilidade de aprendizado e iniciativa própria. Conhecimento de Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Certificação de Especialista em E-mail obrigatória Experiência na criação e manutenção de automações/extensões de dados e no processo de transferência de dados de conectores no Marketing Cloud. É necessário ter experiência em Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint e outras ferramentas do pacote MS Office. Compreensão da lei CAN-SPAM, conformidade com regulamentações de e-mail, GDPR e CCPA. Compreensão das tecnologias e plataformas Salesforce.com – funcionalidades do Sales Cloud, Service Cloud e Marketing Cloud Connect. Compreensão de questões de compatibilidade entre navegadores e desenvolvimento front-end, além de testes de renderização (por exemplo, Litmus ou Email on Acid). Conhecimento de APIs SOAP, APIs REST e técnicas de integração. Modelo de contratação: CLT alocado no cliente Atuação: Local de Trabalho: São Paulo/SP.
