**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage our regular release cycle.
- Oversee configuration of our test and production environments.
- Provide release status updates to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Facilitate the creation of both internal and client-facing release notes.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to release processes.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA and Product teams on addressing ad-hoc requirements.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to cope with a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work with Engineering team to solve problems.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous experience managing release cycles.
- Previous experience managing multiple environment configurations.
- Able to work with command line interface and code editors.
- Experience with CircleCI or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience with LaunchDarkly or similar feature flag management software.
- Experience with Sanity or similar CMS.
- Previous exposure to QA testing practices.
