Project Manager - Service Provisioning Expert The key member of our technical design team within the Provisioning department manages the end-to-end process related to service fulfillment, from feasibility to delivery. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in technical solution design for national and international customers. Our team is located in Brasil and we are seeking a highly skilled project manager to support us in our growth. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop network solutions for clients, ensuring technical and economic feasibility; Manage projects related to service activation, change, and deactivation orders; Serve as a liaison with customers, Order Management, and suppliers for technical matters; Collaborate with the Delivery Team during test activities in the delivery process; Monitor supplier performance based on SLAs and commitments defined in the feasibility phase. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field required; Knowledge of main optical transport network architectures; Understanding of Level II and Level III network architectures and routing mechanisms; Awareness of different access network types (fiber, copper, radio, satellite); Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and teamwork skills; Excellent communication skills for client and supplier interactions; Able to multitask and drive results in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in MS Office tools. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Project Manager in Telecommunications companies. Competencies: Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Creativity, Innovation.
