At Genesys, we’re looking for an IT Services Specialist who is passionate about helping people and solving problems. You’ll support users across Latin America from our São Paulo office, providing hands-on assistance and tier 2 troubleshooting, while learning from a collaborative and experienced global IT team.

What you’ll do:
• Be the go-to support for our LATAM users and São Paulo office
• Handle hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Provide excellent customer service – remotely and in person
• Learn and support tools like Zoom, Intune, Jamf, etc.
• Support mobile devices, desktop environments, and video conferencing setups
• Contribute to team documentation and improvement projects
• Deliver new hire onboarding sessions when needed

What we’re looking for:
• Fluent Portuguese, advanced English, and advanced Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for learning and willingness to grow in IT
• A proactive mindset – we love people who take initiative
• Technical knowledge is a plus – but not required. We’ll train you if you’rereadytolearn
