**Description and Requirements**:**Position Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience- At least 5 years experience in IT operations, services or consulting- Advanced understanding of Lenovo's Portfolio of Products and solutions- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Public Cloud Services as well as costing models- Intermediate understanding of Data Center Operations as well as Co-Location Services**English: Fluent**
**Portuguese: Fluent**
- Spanish: Fluent is desired**Preferred**:
Master's Degree in an engineering discipline- At least 10 years of experience in IT operations, services or consulting- At least 3 years experience in understanding of Services business model or services leadership- Additional information requirements:
- Excellent teamwork skills- Strong client-facing verbal and written communication and presentation skills- Ability to excel in a matrix organization- Strong track record of self-motivated and innovative capability in responding to changing business needs- Strong organization skills to maintain updated pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics / Sales CRMAssignment to Sao Paulo corporate office but willingness and ability to travel up to 50%**Daily work will include**Working directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide services / solution recommendations-
- Interaction with services and hardware/software sales team to provide services scope, sizing, and responses/proposals-
- Leading solution and pricing reviews with leadership and transitioning projects from pre-sales to services delivery team**Skills needed**:
