Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow AI Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining decision frameworks for Reinforcement Learning initiatives and developing scenario-driven tasks that mirror real ServiceNow workflows. Key Responsibilities: Create decision frameworks that align with business objectives and drive optimal outcomes. Develop engaging tasks that simulate real-world scenarios and challenge employees to think critically. Write clear instructions that align with business processes and ensure consistency across the organization. Analyze data using SQL to validate accuracy and inform decision-making. Apply prompt engineering principles to structure effective task instructions that promote learning and development. Collaborate with colleagues to expand scenarios across multiple domains and share best practices. Document patterns, examples, and strategies for scalable use and continuous improvement. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need: 4-6 years of experience working with ServiceNow, particularly CSM, ITSM, or HRSD modules. A strong understanding of workflows, cases, incidents, SLAs, and knowledge management. Proficiency in JSON and structured data handling. Solid skills in SQL for data validation and analysis. Experience in AI model training workflows or structured data creation. Strong prompt engineering, analytical, and logical structuring skills.
