Principal Sales Engineer (Technical) role at Pegasystems. Pegasystems is changing the way the world builds software. Collaborating with leaders from product, sales, partners, and customers, you will design cutting-edge prototypes and proofs of concepts that will challenge your technical and storytelling expertise. You will work across industries and product areas to find the most compelling solutions for your audience.
Responsibilities- Own the technical narrative by translating complex features into intuitive, real-world scenarios and demo applications that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Present complex technical solutions in a clear, engaging way to both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring messaging to resonate with diverse stakeholders.
- Lead the design and rapid prototypes of next generation applications prototypes across a wide range of industries and ensure demos feature critical product differentiators.
- Collaborate closely with dynamic team members from across the globe.
- Identify product gaps and provide appropriate feedback and prototypes to product organization.
- Mentor and guide other demo engineers, setting best practices for quality, maintainability, and innovation in demo software development.

You enjoy working with diverse people across the globe to help customers realize a vision that exceeds their expectations. What You\'ve Accomplished- Proven thought leader with an ability to find creative ways for rapidly prototyping solutions
- Experience fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration while driving projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills including the ability to create a consensus and instill confidence
- Designed, analyzed, and developed complex applications
- Track record of rapidly adopting and integrating emerging technologies—including AI, and cloud services—to create groundbreaking demo solutions that go beyond traditional approaches.
- Knowledgeable in front-end development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; React is a plus.
- Pega certifications including CSA, CSSA, CLSA
- The ability to travel 10-20%
