Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

What You Will Do

  • Develop and calculate metrics / key performance indicators.
  • Provide financial advice to the supply chain management team to ensure sound financial and operational decisions.
  • Support monthly close process including timely monthly reporting of performance.
  • Support the preparation of the financial supply chain budget/plan & support product standard costs.
  • Provide solid analysis of supply chain performance on a monthly basis vs plan, prior year, and forecasts
  • Instill strong cost control and planning discipline to supply chain team in controlling costs.
  • Work with plant/corporate finance on several initiatives including providing cost information for innovation and cost reduction projects, identifying cost/performance improvement opportunities and leadership of companywide initiatives.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the supply chain accounting systems and records, as well as strict compliance to all company policies, procedures, and controls.
How You Will Make An Impact
Key focus areas include logistics cost management & materials procurement cost control:
  • Support development and maintain standard cost of products & materials.
  • Provide analysis of PPV & logistics variances
  • Support accuracy of inventory reporting
What You Will Bring
  • A minimum of three to five years of related experience, food industry experience preferred.
  • A change agent—having professionalized business processes and a team.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, change, and a dynamic business environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills under pressing time constraints.
  • Ability to prioritize and control multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships across various functional areas both internally and externally.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.

The range for this position is: $125,000-$135,000
