Data Management Senior We are looking for a Data Management Senior who wants to learn and transform their career. Mandatory Skills: Experience working specifically within a formal Data Governance, Data Quality, or Master Data Management (MDM) program. Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for all internal and external communication, documentation, and stakeholder meetings. Deep Governance Knowledge: In-depth, practical experience with implementing and operating data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK principles). Prior experience acting in a lead or mentorship role within a data team. Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Key Responsibilities: Play a critical role in advancing the organization’s data governance capabilities, moving beyond policy definition to program execution, mentorship, and continuous improvement. Serve as liaison between business leadership, IT, legal, and data owners to ensure data assets are trustworthy, compliant, and accessible for strategic decision‑making. Energy Management Systems (EMS) Specialist We are looking for a specialist who wants to learn and transform their career. Responsibility: Proven experience in EMS platforms. Strong understanding of transmission/generation system operations. Implement, configure, and maintain EMS platforms for real‑time monitoring and control of generation units and transmission assets. Support generation control, frequency and voltage regulation through EMS functionalities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EMS software for generation and transmission environments. Act as a middle between the client and the EMS development team, ensuring customizations follow technical specifications. Provide technical support and training to operational and engineering teams. Validate EMS data model. Collaborate with SCADA system teams for proper integration. Adjust network and generation applications (in run time). Create a valid Dispatcher Training Simulator (DTS) model and test DTS events with the customer. Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for optimizing generation dispatch, transmission flows, and system efficiency. Provide support to project teams by assisting with troubleshooting, application data modeling, and implementing effective solutions. Maintain and organize project documentation, including technical reports and drawings. Provide training to users and operators as needed. Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Qualifications / Essential Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, Automation, or related field. Senior Asset & Material Management Specialist Responsible for end‑to‑end management of company assets and materials, including inventory control, maintenance, recycling, disposal, and system operations, ensuring asset security, compliance, and efficient utilization. Job Responsibilities: Manage the inbound and outbound flow of materials; verify that material name codes, quantities, and specifications match system records and purchase orders; establish asset cards in a timely manner to ensure alignment between physical items, records, and system entries. Review and oversee the recycling of materials and the optimal allocation of idle resources. Track material maintenance activities, assign maintenance personnel, monitor maintenance progress, and collect and analyze maintenance data. Review and handle scrapped materials and commodities according to company procedures; ensure proper disposal of such items. Provide guidance and supervision on departmental material and asset management; ensure the implementation of asset management responsibilities at the individual level; manage recovery and compensation in cases of material damage or loss. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; at least 5 years of experience in asset management or administrative management is preferred. Familiar with asset management processes; proficient in asset management systems and computer operations, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Solid knowledge of asset management, including asset definition, classification, management methods, and understanding of the asset lifecycle concept.
