Job Title: Model Artist for Outsourcing Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Model Artist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with outsourcing partners to ensure that assets are delivered to the expected quality level consistently and on schedule. You will work closely with the Outsource Art Team Lead to develop and implement strategies for improving asset quality and meeting project deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced artist to contribute to the creation of high-quality assets for our games. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in shipping AAA titles across multiple platforms. Experience shipping high-quality game-ready assets for production, with an emphasis on stylized art and stylized realism. Strong understanding of efficient topology, UVs, and textures. Knowledge of latest toolsets in game art creation, including Unreal Engine 5, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Perforce, and 3D modeling packages. Excellent communication skills and ability to critique, mentor, and improve art through written and visual feedback loops. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Experience working in a high-pressure production environment. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate a keen understanding of technical restrictions and autonomy in making choices to ensure high-level art quality consistently.
