If your dream job is to help expand a company to every corner of the world, read on , the leading online car rental agency in Latin America, is seeking Market Specialists to join our team, help us grow globally, and offer our services to customers around the globe. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by becoming a key asset in our international expansion.

Our Market Specialists must be native speakers (fluency will not suffice) of one market-relevant language: English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Italian, Hindi, among others.

 Your main responsibilities as a Market Specialist will be:

● Identifying key players in your focus market(s) and creating in-depth analyses of their strengths and weaknesses in order to improve our product and market-specific features.

● Understanding your focus market´s(s´) customers, their needs, cultural and shopping behavior including, but not limited to, preferred payment methods and travel patterns.

● Working alongside our Commercial Department so as to better identify potential suppliers in your focus market(s).

● Working with our Marketing Team in developing relevant online advertising and creating different communication strategies for your specific market(s).

● Working with our Affiliates Team to expand our programs in order to encompass new members and strategic partnerships in your focus market(s).

● Working alongside our UX/UI/Product Team with the goal of improving customers´ user experience in order to achieve maximum conversion rates.

● Working alongside our Customer Support Team to help solve any issues clients in your focus market(s) may face while using our products and/or services.

● Representing our company on all levels. You'll be our lead representative in your key market.

Your initiative coupled with a sense of competitive drive and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions is the key to success here at

Required and Desired Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

● Required: NATIVE speaker ("fluency" is not enough) of a market-relevant language with excellent grammar and writing skills. Non-Brazilian nationals are especially welcome;

● Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

● Required: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point);

● Required: Passionate about the internet in general and, most importantly, the Travel Industry (online and offline);

● Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Administration/Business or other relevant fields;

● Desired: Experience in e-commerce;

● Desired: Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics;

● You'll be based in our headquarters, in Curitiba, Brazil.
