**FastTrack**Microsoft 365 continues to experience incredible growth as the company focuses on its productivity cloud strategy and enabling secure remote work for its customers. The FastTrack team drives this strategy and is looking for individuals that share in the passion to drive business value and customer success using Microsoft 365 and related technologies.**FastTrack Manager**The FastTrack Manager (FM) helps customers identify their business needs and help them meet those needs with the Microsoft products they purchased. As a trusted technical advisor, the FM will provide deployment guidance and will coordinate the necessary resources to overcome hesitancy and business blockers to gain commitment from the customer to move forward with their plans.**Responsibilities**:**Responsibilities**Customer focus & value realization:- Understand and drive Microsoft Cloud intent, deployment, and adoption across assigned customers.- Help drive change management and adoption activities with key customer Technical and Business Decision Makers (TDMs/BDMs), help reduce implementation risk, and help drive usage of existing workloads.Planning Organizing & Executing:- Facilitate timely and impactful engagement of FastTrack resources to provide technical guidance and share technical expertise with customers and partners.- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts with the account management & within the assigned customers including executive roles.- Analyze, develop and communicate key Onboarding process and technology improvement feedback for the FastTrack Center end to end process (Onboarding, Migration and Adoption).**Qualifications**:Required/Minimum Qualifications- 7+ years technical consulting, IT administration, support, project management, customer success management, or related work OR Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 4+ years technical consulting, Information Technology (IT) administration, support, project management, customer success management, or related work.- Fluent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.- Exceptional collaborator on complex multi-faceted programs across multiple groups with varying priorities.- Experience building trust, driving recommendations, and landing priorities across customers, partners, senior executives, and across organizational boundaries.- Experience handling difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations.- Experience driving cloud-based transformation in enterprises through effective change management and adoption preferred.- Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFastTrackAmericasBenefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
