No**Position Summary**:The Functional Relationship Manager (FRM) helps business leaders shape their strategies with regards to product adoptions. S/He acts as the single point of focus between an organization’s senior leadership (Function, Market, GMB, CoS, etc.) and multiple IT Product Managers to avoid complexity from the IT receiver point of view and to provide a clear accountability for them.FRMs advocate their stream's product portfolio as needed in coordination with their Business relationship Manager (BRM). Acting as a trusted advisor to the business unit(s), an FRM provides awareness, direction and guidance to business stakeholders to receive the best value and innovation, stimulates, surfaces, and shapes business demand for the IT’s assets and capabilities. FRMs develop a deep understanding of the part of the business to which they are aligned and maintain strong relationships with relevant business leaders.The role will largely entail:- Close collaboration with senior functional leaders and business stakeholders- Orchestrating the delivery of relevant analytics solutions with a clear focus on business outcome and tangible ROI.**A day in the life of...**:Act as a strategic thinker to connect ADI opportunities to our regional/global strategy; influence deliverables and reach milestones through collaborations across various levels and functions in the organization, managing and inspiring a dynamic and evolving team whose priorities are shaped by the organizational strategic roadmap aimed at the data-driven mindset are part of the daily journey, as well as ensuring to maintain technical support and stimulate the evolution of technological developmentsEngage with BRMs and Key Business Stakeholders to understand each Market or Business MVP and Must Win Battles and advise on how the existing ADI Products can enable or facilitate themAct as the main ambassador of ADI Products for the Brazilian MarketEngage with ADI Regional Tech Leads and Solution Architects to maintain awareness of each Product roadmap and of best-in-class solutions developed by other marketsEngage with ADI local, regional and global communities to ensure local community members are actively participating in the relevant communities**What will make you successful**:Strong indirect leadership with big picture orientationDeep Knowledge in Analytical Tools and its implementationManage multiple projects portfolios, ensure appropriate budget, quality and timeline deliveryDiscipline in execution and inclusive collaborationExternally focused with a strong bias to action and competitive mindsetInterpersonal skills and Change Agent
