Then this position is for you.We are looking for a talented Program Manager to lead our SX Verification new vertical. The Program manager will define strategies to enhance current Compliance verification for sellers in Brazil, be the main POC to multiple global stakeholders from multiple teams and improve high-impact seller-facing processes. The PM will also have a hands-on approach in driving improvements in seller experience, reducing friction and raising the bar in processes for verification. They will also drive frequent working sessions with groups for solutions of pressing issues.The PM will have knowledge of reports and oversee/manage issues brought by metrics, and will show timely effectiveness in problem mitigation.- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
