Your Impact

Lead the commercial and tactical team in the region. Responsible for the sales growth strategies with focus on growing retail MKT Share. The Sr Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a business relationship with our dealers as well managing and leading all commercial process. The professional will lead a sales and tactical team with the key responsibility of implementing retail process, reach and surpass sales targets in all product segment.

Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Completed Bachelor degree in agriculture studies or Business Administration, MBA preferred
  • Several years of experience in professional sales and Management roles in the area
  • Languages: English Advanced for communication and writing
  • Excellent communication and leading skills
  • CNH B and availability to travel
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate successfully and implement all sales and marketing process and initiatives.
  • Develop product penetration and growth strategies and tactics to increase sales in the region under responsbaility.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and dealers in the region.
  • Promote Fendt brand and product portfolio: Tractors, Combines, Planters and Sprayers into our costumers.
  • Work to achieve the sales targets and Market Share (%).
  • Responsable for increase and levarege custumer experience trough NPS index
Workplace

This position is based in Jundiai/Brazil and the work format is hybrid/remote because this professional will be traveling to attend our dealer network in the field (mostly midwest region of Brazil).
