If you enjoy a challenging environment working with top talent and are encouraged to learn and experiment daily, this is the place for you Responsibilities Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on usability, quality, and features. Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery deadlines. Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices. Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes to increase engineering efficiency. Must Have Proven experience in technical end-to-end product ownership and meeting deadlines. 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React ). 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java ). High proficiency in TypeScript . Experience with modern frontend bundlers , package managers , and build tools . Knowledge of or experience with microservices architecture . Nice to Haves Experience building software in the cloud. AI-assisted development experience using tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
