What to Expect
  • Conduct professional and compelling sales presentations in customers' homes and at industry events
  • Assess customer needs, develop price quotes, and measure product specifications to ensure accurate orders
  • Present warranty and financing options to customers and process sales-related paperwork
  • Proactively seek new customers and referrals both inside and outside assigned stores
  • Attend sales and store team meetings to improve sales techniques and knowledge of product offerings
What is Required
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales
  • Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
  • Access to reliable transportation for local travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 3-5 years of prior in-home or virtual sales experience
  • Experience in the home improvement industry
  • Proven success in lead generation
  • Proficiency in using technology, including email, iPads, and applications
