Primary responsibilities include:
- Maximize Value Solutions Consultant (VSC) performance and regional revenue attainment, pipeline development and customer success through strong active leadership.
- Coach and mentor team of VSC's through active participation in field activities (discovery, demos, workshops, executive meetings).
- Collaborate with Sales VPs, RVPs and Rep's on account strategy and qualification activities.
- Recruit, train, develop and retain top caliber talent.
- Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and scaling of best practices across the broader organization.
- Facilitate a positive team attitude, outlook and work ethic that helps ensure Coupa continues to be a fantastic place to work.
- Engage as an executive sponsor on selected opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Tri-lingual in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish and English.
- Latin America based, ideally in Sao Paulo or Mexico City
- Previous management or leadership experience in a SaaS company is required.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a presales role with a track record of success.
- Business Spend Management experience is highly desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate a strong team dynamic and work well with others.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and passionate environment.
- Bachelor Degree required, with MBA or similar considered ideal.

- Display initiative and self-motivation and promote these qualities across the VSC team.
- Resolve issues fairly and consistently with a decisive bias for action.
- Ensure high levels of employee morale and provide feedback to senior management.
- Drives positive change to improve the working environment.
- Effectively and evenly manage the workload across the team.
- Manage differing opinions within the sales teams and negotiates the best outcome for all.
- Ensure high quality and successful sales consulting activities.
- Strong Value Engineering skills.
- Ensure timely administrative excellence across the team.
- Maintain product and presentation certifications and ensure completion across the team.
- Ensure the team shares knowledge across internal forums.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and operate as a role model with a high degree of professional integrity.
