Responsible for ensuring the operational quality indicators (%Cancellation and %OL), conducting root cause analyses with live and other teams, defining and executing action plans and strategies for operational improvement.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the operational performance of Rappi in the cities, focusing on:

• Delivery quality
• Reducing canceled orders
• Minimizing order loss

Main activities include:

• Analyzing current operational performance, evaluating delivery quality and fleet availability
• Planning and executing improvement actions, such as:
  • Fleet engagement and positioning strategies
  • Incentive campaigns and challenges
  • Correcting operational errors of partner merchants

Additionally, this person will serve as the connection point between operations and strategic areas like commercial, executive, and global stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing operational reports and documents
• Identifying and communicating operational challenges
• Enabling solutions through project execution
• Performing A/B tests or other experimental methodologies for quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Data analysis and proposing innovative and/or creative solutions to operational challenges

With a generalist profile and deep knowledge of the local context (gained through contact with LiveOps analysts and expansion teams), this person will:

• Support the LiveOps team in daily decisions
• Create and define operational playbooks based on analyses
• Plan special operations for holidays and high-demand periods (like holidays, adverse weather, etc.)

• Advanced Excel : use of filters, spreadsheet filling, dashboard creation, and data analysis
• Familiarity with Google Drive : navigating between collaborative documents (Sheets, Docs)
• Good organization and attention to detail : following instructions and meeting deadlines for checks and updates
• Clear and objective communication : signaling deviations and doubts to stakeholders and teams
• Proactivity : acting quickly in problems and seeking solutions with agility
• SQL and BI tools : capable of extracting information, creating analyses, and dashboards
• Project management : basic knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies will be considered a plus
• Previous experience in operations, customer service, or high-paced environments will be a plus
