Home Building Team Members perform the manufacturing production operations assigned to their team in the home building process, following standard production methods and safe work practices to ensure efficient and safe production. Production teams ensure that homes meet sales orders, prints, specifications, and building codes, while upholding high quality in a timely manner.

• Safety: Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing all relevant OSHA regulations.
• Productivity: Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to quality standards while achieving productivity objectives.
• Stewardship: Protect company assets, report maintenance needs, keep assigned area clean and orderly.
• Planning: Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize manufacturing activities, communicate anticipated material shortages, identify required tool maintenance, and raise quality or productivity issues.
• Attendance: Meet all attendance requirements and be available for start of shift at the required time.

• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 lbs, and perform other physical duties as needed.
• Must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is greatly desired.
• Must be able to stand or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Bending, squatting, and stooping are required.

Must be able to lift above shoulder level and reach to floor using proper lifting techniques.
