Medical Information Specialist Role

This role is part of a contact center team providing medical information to customers. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing labeled and unlabeled medical information responses, accurately documenting and reporting adverse events, and ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.

Required qualifications include a nursing degree, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to write in the target language for the role. Strong cognitive abilities, multitasking, and attention to detail are also required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

  • Nursing degree (RN/BS/BA/MS) mandatory.

  • Strong cognitive abilities, including verbal reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical ability.
