We are searching for the best talent for a **Senior Medical Information Analyst **to be in São Paulo, Bogotá or Mexico City.
Purpose: Responsible for providing timely responses and solve health care professional inquires related to scientific medical information requests. Provide scientific knowledge support through expertise in company products and related therapeutic areas. Use keen understanding of the science and Company's products to develop customer materials to be used in response to unsolicited medical information requests.
You will be responsible for:
- Answer inquiries from health care professionals and internal customers concerning the safe and effective useof all products marketed by J&J Innovative Medicinein a timely manner.Handle advanced scientific inquiries -Conduct in-depth analysis of data and search relevant data sources, both internal and external, to identify and retrieve relevant data and information appropriate to answer medical information request.
- May provide medical information booth support at major scientific meetings or conferences.
- Participate in multidisciplinary therapeutic area team meetings and contribute to functional strategic plan in support of therapeutic area.
- Leverage clinical knowledge and expertise to direct the review and identification of emerging trends and scientific intelligence relevant for each audience.
- Assist with analysis of voice of customer data to identify unmet needs/data gaps.
- May provide training sessions for scientific knowledge -Prepare and review product training materials for Contact Center team, and other internal business partners, if applicable.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support the business needs and manage selected medical information vendor projects -Provide oversight of clinical response and insights reports.
- Conduct process review and new process development -Identify improvements, support on audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues in managing workload and technical competence development
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any health care career.
- Fluence in English. Spanish and Portuguese are desirable.
Other Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or equivalent in healthcare environment with at least 1 year of experience in the development of high-quality complex scientific content.
- Comprehensive understanding of the role of medical information within the Pharmaceutical industry and regulations that govern the function.
- Ability to identify opportunities that collaborate cross functionally to support the business needs.
- Comprehensive understanding of literature searching databases, and ability to conduct basic and complex searches.
- Project management skills are required.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Customer oriented professional.
- This position is based in Latin America (Brazil or Colombia) and may require up to 20% domestic travel for conference attendance and company meetings.
