We're looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and help elevate customer support operations through AI and agentic applications.

**Your Role Will Be Key in Helping Us Achieve Our Goals.**

As a member of our engineering team, you will participate in ceremonies and sessions with our North American client to drive success in their customer support operations.

**What We Need from You**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong English communication, writing, and verbal skills.
  • Experience working independently and remotely.
  • Proven experience building AI agents and integrating with AI APIs such as GPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic).
  • End-to-end application development skills using technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Python, and Node.js.
  • REST API and system connectivity expertise.

**Nice to Have: Experience in Customer Support Teams or Technical Operations Roles**
