At Roofr, building a powerful user experience starts with data. As a Data Analyst at an early-stage, high-growth company, you’ll play a critical role in turning raw data into insights that shape product decisions, drive strategy, and improve the customer experience. You’ll have a direct impact on how we use data to grow, and help influence the roadmap for how analytics evolves at Roofr.This role sits at the intersection of data analytics and data modeling, ideal for someone comfortable moving between building dashboards and transforming data in the warehouse. What You’ll Get to Do: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable business insights Identify trends and uncover business opportunities through deep data exploration Transform, clean, and model raw data using DBT to create reliable, analytics-ready datasets Maintain and improve the data warehouse structure (e.g., Snowflake) with efficient, scalable models (e.g., star/snowflake schemas) Present analytical findings in clear, compelling formats to stakeholders across the organization, including sales & marketing, finance, and product teams. What You’ll Bring to the Role: 4+ years of experience in data analysis and/or analytics engineering Proficient in BI tools like Metabase, Sigma, Tableau, or Looker Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL) Hands‑on experience with DBT for managing the Transform layer of ELT pipelines Ability to work cross‑functionally to define metrics, create dashboards, and ensure data quality A strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Who You Are: A strong communicator with great presentation skills Analytical with a demonstrated ability to utilize data to make informed decisions Highly organized and able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once You are a critical thinker who doesn’t settle for the status quo You are driven by a desire to improve the customer experience through data What We Offer (US + Canada) 1st week of employment is mandatory PTO Start your journey with Roofr by decompressing and recharging - we will see you in week 2 1 Friday off per month (we call those our laundry days) Company wide paid shutdown for the week between Christmas and New Years Flexible time off 80% employer paid benefits Generous Parental Leave policy We host 2 retreats per year and great team building activities Ample learning and development opportunities to continue growing your career Home office setup stipend Internet and phone allowance Remote first culture Weekly Friday paydays At Roofr, we’re big fans of AI.
